  I am fully insured and certified in many different aspects of fitness. I enjoy variety in workouts, keeping them fresh, fun and interesting Encouraging consistency of your workouts will help you accomplish your results.

I offer a program that is very popular with my clients whom I use compound movements to cut down on the time you spend working out. We can combine aerobics with weight training, balance and flexibility. You may be interested in combining Yoga or Pilates into your work out. The sky is the limit. This program can be designed in any way you would like. It can and should be changed as you become comfortable with the movements and always offer you a challenge.
